"Presentation Tools"

Presentation Tools

Prezi is an example of a presentation tool which can make your presentations look more professional and it can help keep the intended audience interested. This tool also allows you to collaborate with colleagues in real time, on the same canvas even if they are not in the same time zone. You can also share your projects online or on your mobile phone by using Prezi. You can also design stunning visuals that connect with your audience that will allow you to present the topic with an interested audience. This tool is similar to PowerPoint but it is much better, you can convert those old PowerPoints and with Prezi you can add images, video, 3D and animation. It is easy to learn and it is a great asset to have.

This presentation software was launched in 2009 by co-founders Adam Somlai-Fischer, Peter Halacsy and Peter Arvai. Since then this software has been used for various things and has helped many different people with different professions. A teacher can use this software to create interesting slides that get the point across than use a boring slide with just words on it. Prezi allows the user to zoom in, zoom out and do many other things to the presentation as it’s happening in order to keep the audience interested. It’s the same thing for the business world. People who are marketing an idea need to express their point and their view through evidence and this presentation tool can help those people achieve that. Many people can work together with this tool and it is not that difficult to learn making it essential for people who need to share information.

Prezi also allows the user to make graphs and add visual applications that further interest the audience. This tool can be used for social purposes but it is mainly used by teachers, students or business people. In addition, people can just use this application to intrigue their audience in what they are trying to show them. Besides graphs and pictures, videos can also be embedded and watched within the side. When you use a presentation tool, it is not widely used for recreational purposes; it can be, however, used for entertainment and news purposes. A presentation can be made using graphs to express the population size, or issues in the community. It can also be used to show funny videos if the creator wants to embed them into the presentation which can be considered an entertainment purpose.

Prezi, however, is not the only presentation tool out there. There are many other presentation tools out there that may not have the same exact features but they do have a lot of similarities. Some examples of more presentation tools include PreSentit, SlideRocket, 280 Slides, and Empressor and many more. Even Google Docs is a presentation tool. Just like Prezi, Empressor and all the other presentation tools are used to enhance your presentation and intrigue your audience more. However, some presentation tools have more features than others. Some can allow you to record your voice, or create your presentation into a teaching format. But overall, they each help make the presentation look better and they each enhance the presentation. This is why Prezi is an example of a presentation tool.
